Loneliness can be a lack of connection with self and a lack of connection with God and a lack of connection with healthy people. Loneliness can be a method of avoidance and distraction from yourself, a way of avoiding facing feelings and hearing what is emotionally within ; a distraction from uncomfortable feelings that you feel within and are avoiding to feel and face. It is important to have a healthy relationship with yourself. It is important to have a healthy relationship with God. It is important to have a healthy relationship with others. Using things, people, places to distract yourself from your feelings is unhealthy.
Live your life boldly with faith in God and live fearlessly. Everyday work on building up your faith in yourself, by believing that you can overcome, this will change your mind set.
Pray when you feel lonely; talk to God; He is your Creator and Heavenly Father. Seek Comfort in the Holy Bible. Sing worship songs and motivate yourself. Learn and understand the following:-
What does your life mean now, since Jesus is now in your life?
Every time you feel low, pray to God and worship God, read The book of Psalms and The book of Proverbs in the Holy Bible. Sing worship music that motivates you to overcome your situation. Write encouraging Holy Bible verses in your journal.
