Unhealthy Guilt distorts your self concept, discolours your thought processes and fragments your identity. Unhealthy Guilt hinders your ability your to practice self acceptance, and self respect. Unhealthy Guilt cripples your ability to assert yourself and your ability to build personal boundaries. Unhealthy Guilt lowers your self esteem. Healthy guilt makes us more human and caring for others. Unremorse can make us do evil things and not care.

Pray to God to help you heal from the guilt. Learn to forgive yourself and forgive others involved.
