Unhealthy Guilt distorts your self concept, discolours your thought processes and fragments your identity. Unhealthy Guilt hinders your ability your to practice self acceptance, and self respect. Unhealthy Guilt cripples your ability to assert yourself and your ability to build personal boundaries. Unhealthy Guilt lowers your self esteem.
