Effective Communication, Emotional Connection and Corrective experience improves your relationships and psychological well-being. A lot of the time when we have problems we have difficulty in these three areas. Effective Communication is being assertive and expressing yourself appropriately. Your ability to emotionally connect and the ability to empathise where necessary and emotionally engage with yourself and others. When we have a bad experience we need a healing experience to overcome the past experience; this called a corrective experience.
Repentance for the past sins, strengthening your faith in God and taking action to make a better tomorrow also helps. Try to always pray and speak the word of God.
